Hip calcification is the frequent cause of hip pains. It is seen in middle aged and elderly people. It is diagnosed frequently in the patients aged 40-45. Both male and female can have this illness at equal rates. At the beginning, the hip movement is restricted , pain and limping starts. As the ilness progresses the hip deformation starts. Limping gets worse and the person feels as if the leg is shortened. He other one. Walking and especially climbing up and down gets more difficult. Hip calcification is usually on one side, yet the disfunctioning of one hip might affect the other one.
