Please log in with your username and password and click on the "Hand" tab. Your scheduling permit as well as scheduling instructions and test day policies are available on the upper left side of the screen.
MOC for Diplomates with Certificates Expiring in 2017, 2018 & 2019
May enter their 1st cycle CMEs through December 15, 2012 by going to the Login box on the right, creating a Username and Password and logging in, then clicking on the MOC tab. Items must be submitted online and postmarked no later than December 15, 2012.
MOC for Diplomates with Certificates Expiring in 2014, 2015 & 2016
Who wish to take the 2014 Examination may enter their CMEs and case lists through December 31, 2012 by going to the login box on the right, creating a Username and Password and logging in, then clicking on the MOC tab. Items must be submitted online and postmarked by May 1, 2013.
Part I Application
The application for the 2013 Part 1 Exam is now available online. You will need to create a Username and Password (in the upper right hand corner of this webpage) in order to access the application. Applications and signature pages, along with any required documentation will need to be postmarked no later than December 15, 2012 to avoid a $350.00 late fee.
