70 year old male with Chronic knee Swelling and recent onset pain
Modality: MRI

T1 Sagittal
Case Discussion:
MRI of the knee reveals a horizontal tear of the body and the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with a associated meniscal cyst which is extending into extra articular location and displacing the sartorius muscle.
Patient was subsequently operated and the findings confirmed at the surgery.
Final Diagnosis: Meniscal Cyst
